Initial draft, to be updated when the legal entity is registered. This is a translation; if it differs from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.

Terms of use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Webbe platform, run by the Webbe team. By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

1. The service

Webbe is a platform that lets you describe a web app; an AI-powered assistant builds it, then you try it, change it and publish it with a link. The service is at an early stage, and over time we may add, change or stop some features.

Apps written by AI may contain mistakes. Test and review your app carefully before relying on it in your business or offering it to your customers.

2. Your account

  • You must be of legal age in your country, or use the platform with the permission of your legal guardian.
  • Sign in with a genuine Google account you own, and keep it secure. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.
  • Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the descriptions you write, the data and content you add, and the app files built for you, to the extent the law allows. You can export your app files at any time.

You grant us a limited license to host, process and copy this content only as needed to run the service and provide it to you, including sending it to the AI provider to carry out your requests, as described in the privacy policy.

The Webbe name, logo and platform interface belong to the Webbe team and may not be used without written permission.

4. Your responsibility for your apps

You are responsible for the apps you publish and their content, and for their compliance with the laws that apply to you and their users. If your app collects other people's data, you are responsible for telling them how it is used and getting their consent where required.

Your use and your apps must follow the acceptable use policy.

5. Plans and payment

  • The free plan is available within the usage limits shown on the pricing page.
  • Online payment for paid plans is not enabled yet. Once it is, prices and applicable taxes are shown before you complete payment.
  • Prices on the pricing page may change, and we notify subscribers before any change that affects their existing subscription.
  • Cancellation and refunds are governed by the refund policy.

6. Payments inside your apps

Payment inside the apps you build currently works in test mode only and does not move real money. Do not use it to collect money from your customers, and do not lead anyone to believe a payment there is real.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the platform and published apps available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend exporting a copy of your important app files from time to time.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or stop an account or app if it breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or if it puts the platform or its users at risk, and we tell you when possible.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide the service “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Webbe team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

This section does not affect any right that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws in your country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, especially when the legal entity is registered and payment is enabled. We publish the new version on this page with the update date and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction will be set when Webbe's legal entity is registered, and added to these terms at that time.
